The role requires 2–3 years in business development or project development, a relevant engineering degree, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Environmental or Chemical Engineering.
2–3 years in Business Development, Partnership, or Project Development.
Experience in waste management, recycling, environmental services, manufacturing, or industrial sectors preferred.
Strong skills in market research, business analysis, and opportunity identification.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Identify and develop potential business partners, clients, investors, and strategic partnerships.
Explore new business opportunities in waste management and recycling sectors.
Conduct market research and analyze market trends and technologies.
Identify sources, suppliers, customers, and markets for waste materials.
Assess partners based on capabilities, resources, and strategic fit.
Build and maintain relationships with partners and coordinate meetings and negotiations.
Develop proposals, feasibility studies, and presentations for opportunities.
Collaborate with technical, operational, and commercial teams to evaluate project feasibility.
