Job summary

The role requires 2–3 years in business development or project development, a relevant engineering degree, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Environmental or Chemical Engineering.
• 2–3 years in Business Development, Partnership, or Project Development.
• Experience in waste management, recycling, environmental services, manufacturing, or industrial sectors preferred.
• Strong skills in market research, business analysis, and opportunity identification.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

• Identify and develop potential business partners, clients, investors, and strategic partnerships
• Explore new business opportunities in the waste management, recycling, and environmental sectorsConduct market research and analyze market trends, industry developments, technologies, and business opportunities related to waste and recycling
• Identify potential sources, suppliers, customers, and markets for various types of waste and recyclable materials
• Assess and evaluate potential business partners based on their capabilities, resources, market potential, and strategic fit
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential business partners
• Coordinate business meetings, discussions, negotiations, and follow-ups with potential partners
• Develop business proposals, partnership concepts, feasibility studies, and presentations for new business opportunities
