Job summary

EwasteRJ in Jakarta is looking for a Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Manager to grow our network of corporate, government, and institutional partners. You will identify opportunities, understand partner challenges, develop relevant e-waste solutions, and manage the partnership process from initial engagement through agreement and implementation.

The role requires 1–5 years in business development or related fields, strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, account management, stakeholder engagement, external relations, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business and partnership opportunities with corporate, government, and institutional stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing partners.
• Represent EwasteRJ in meetings, presentations, negotiations, and external discussions.
• Understand each partner's objectives and e-waste challenges through research and consultative discussions.
• Translate partner needs into relevant solutions, collaboration models, and partnership proposals.
• Manage the full business development pipeline, from prospecting and initial outreach to proposal, negotiation, agreement, and implementation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions are operationally feasible and aligned with EwasteRJ's capabilities.
• Develop professional proposals, presentations, partnership concepts, and supporting materials.
• Maintain an organized CRM system to track prospects, conversations, proposals, follow-ups, and partnership progress.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and stakeholder needs to identify new opportunities.
