Job summary

Adloom is seeking a responsible Property Manager to oversee daily operations of our Indonesian properties. You will ensure properties are well-maintained, manage tenant inquiries, coordinate maintenance, and supervise service providers on-site.

Ideal candidates have prior property or facilities management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Mandarin proficiency is a plus. On-site role with ownership of property operations.

Qualifications

• Previous property or facilities management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property management and operations.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure maintenance.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, cleaning, and security services.
• Manage tenant inquiries, complaints, and rental matters.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and authorities.
• Monitor property expenses and operational budgets.
• Prepare regular property management reports.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
