Job summary

Adloom in Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia, invites an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations and the overall management of multiple properties. You will lead maintenance, tenant relations, vendor coordination, and budget control to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant premises.

You will supervise on-site staff, report to management, and develop robust processes for inspections, emergencies, and reporting. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in property management, building management, facilities management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of property operations, building maintenance, tenant management, and vendor coordination.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency is an advantage for communication with management.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and overall management of assigned properties.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Manage tenant inquiries and rental-related matters.
• Coordinate maintenance contractors, cleaning, security, and other service providers.
• Supervise property-related staff and daily responsibilities.
• Monitor budgets and operating expenses for cost control.
• Conduct routine property inspections for safety and cleanliness.
• Prepare regular property management and expense reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian laws, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Respond to property emergencies and operational issues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
