Job summary

Seven Retail Group inJakarta seeks an HR Operations Associate to source, assess, and recruit Mandarin teachers meeting language proficiency and teaching standards. You will screen applications, coordinate Mandarin tests, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process across locations.

Collaborate with Curriculum, Operations, and HR teams to maintain pipelines and ensure timely hires. Mandarin proficiency is preferred but not mandatory; a related bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Mandarin Studies, or related field.
• Experience in recruitment, preferably for teachers or education-related roles.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Organized, target-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Mandarin proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, assessing, and recruiting qualified Mandarin teachers who meet the program’s language proficiency and teaching standards.
• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate Mandarin proficiency tests, teaching demonstrations, and user interviews.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
• Maintain an updated candidate pipeline to support teacher demand across locations.
• Collaborate with Curriculum, Operations, and HR teams to ensure recruitment standards and timelines are met.
