Job summary

PT Global Jet Express is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple vacancies in Jakarta. You will source, screen, and interview candidates while coordinating with Mandarin-speaking hiring managers to ensure the right fit.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, Mandarin proficiency, and strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn and job portals, with the ability to meet hiring targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from any major.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
• Proficient in Mandarin for daily business communication.
• Experience in volume hiring and handling multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong candidate sourcing skills through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
• Good communication, detail-oriented, and able to work under targets and deadlines.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or manufacturing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering stages.
• Coordinate with hiring managers, including Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, to understand hiring needs and candidate qualifications.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus hiring, and other platforms.
• Conduct CV screening and HR interviews; facilitate the user interview process.
• Maintain and manage candidate databases with proper documentation.
• Prepare and deliver offering letters; negotiate salaries with candidates.
• Monitor recruitment progress to meet targets within timelines.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events as required.
• Maintain communication between candidates, HR, and Mandarin-speaking users.
