Job summary

Seven Retail is seeking a Teacher Recruitment & Training Supervisor in Jakarta to lead recruitment and development of Public Speaking teachers. You’ll ensure the right teachers are hired, onboarded, and trained to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

The role requires strong English communication, experience in teaching or training, and the ability to build a small, capable team. You will collaborate with Curriculum and Operations to maintain teaching standards and curriculum alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required; experience in teacher recruitment is preferred.
• Experience in English instruction or TESOL is advantageous.
• Strong recruitment, interviewing, and selection skills with ability to set standards.
• Experience designing or delivering teacher training programs and materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead teacher recruitment planning to meet headcount and quality targets.
• Set and refine teacher selection standards and assessment processes.
• Oversee onboarding and ongoing training programs for teachers.
• Monitor teaching quality and identify development needs.
• Develop and implement training plans and materials.
• Lead a small team: Teacher Recruiter and Teacher Trainer.
• Collaborate with Curriculum and Operations to enhance recruitment and training standards.
• Participate in teacher interviews and assessments as needed.
