Job summary

PT. Mark Dynamics Indonesia, Tbk is a leading manufacturer of ceramic handformers located in North Sumatra. The role focuses on installing, repairing, and managing all machinery and facilities to ensure high uptime and extended equipment life.

The ideal candidate will have a 5–8 year maintenance background with supervisory experience, strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, and a solid grasp of safety standards (K3). Leadership and budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of work experience in Maintenance with experience as assistant manager or manager.
• Technical competencies: Preventive & corrective maintenance, Mechanical & Electrical systems, Troubleshooting, Maintenance planning & Scheduling, Spare parts management, Utility systems (electricity, compressor, genset, transformer).
• Management capability to lead and develop teams, prepare maintenance budgets, control costs and downtime, and create work programs and KPIs.
• Understanding of K3 (occupational health and safety) implementation, particularly machinery, electrical, and maintenance work safety.
• Ability to perform machine damage analysis and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Leadership, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• K3 Electrical certification or other technical certifications.

The factory measuring 10,000 square meters is located in Medan Star Industrial Estate, Tanjung Morawa in North Sumatra and it is also strategically located between highways to Medan City and takes only 30 minutes to Belawan Port.

We have more than 20 years experience (includes our establishment in Malaysia prior to 2003) in developing and manufacturing all types of good quality hand formers. With the running capacity of 300,000 pcs/ month, we are one of the leading hand former producers in the world.
