Job summary

PT. UNIT BUILD INDUSTRIES in Bali is seeking a Maintenance Staff to oversee all factory machinery, perform quality checks, and conduct electrical inspections. You will analyze failures, maintain CNC-based wood processing equipment, read technical diagrams, and implement preventive and corrective maintenance.

The role requires 3+ years in industrial machinery maintenance, with programming/controls knowledge preferred. Placement is in Tabanan, Bali, with a hands-on, quality-focused team.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMK/D3 in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as Maintenance Staff (preferably in construction/developer/infrastructure projects).
• Experience in industrial machinery/CNC maintenance is an advantage.
• Experience maintaining CNC-based woodworking machinery.
• Understanding of PLC, sensors, inverter/servo motors, and CNC controllers is an advantage.
• Able to read technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and machinery manuals.

• Responsible for all machinery equipment at the factory, including quality checks, electrical inspections, and maintenance of production machines.
• Conduct quality checks on all machinery and ensure proper functioning.
• Perform electrical inspections of factory areas.
• Analyze causes of machinery damage or operational failures.
• Inspect and maintain production machines including CNC six Drill, edging machines, beam cutting saws, CNC routers, hotpress machines, CNC milling machines.
• Inspect electrical panels, breakers, contactors, relays, sensors, motors, cables, and power supplies.
• Monitor temperature, vibration, abnormal sounds, pressure, and lubrication conditions.
• Perform corrective maintenance when machinery damage occurs.
