Qualifications

• Minimum D3 education in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other MIPA fields, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing company
• At least 5 years in a senior Supervisor position or equivalent position
• Assist production manager in achieving production targets
• Oversee daily production activities
• Organize and control manpower in the production area
• Monitor productivity, quality, reject, and waste
• Ensure production SOPs are executed correctly
• Monitor downtime and machine condition and coordinate with maintenance
• Ensure implementation of occupational safety and 5S/5R

Responsibilities

• Lead and control all activities in the department
• Ensure production targets are achieved in terms of quantity, quality, cost, and delivery time
• Guarantee the availability of materials, machinery, labor, and production support facilities
• Set KPIs for each Supervisor and conduct periodic evaluation of their achievement
• Control production and implement efficiency improvement programs
• Reduce reject, waste, downtime, production delays, and customer complaints
• Ensure consistent product quality and compliance with customer specifications and standards
• Develop production capacity based on sales needs and company growth
• Ensure preventive maintenance and machine repairs are carried out effectively
• Guarantee compliance with labor regulations, environmental, occupational safety, and industrial licensing requirements
