Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a 5–8 year maintenance background with supervisory experience, strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, and a solid grasp of safety standards (K3). Leadership and budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of work experience in Maintenance with experience as assistant manager or manager.
• Technical competencies: Preventive & corrective maintenance, Mechanical & Electrical systems, Troubleshooting, Maintenance planning & Scheduling, Spare parts management, Utility systems (electricity, compressor, genset, transformer).
• Management capability to lead and develop teams, prepare maintenance budgets, control costs and downtime, and create work programs and KPIs.
• Understanding of K3 (occupational health and safety) implementation, particularly machinery, electrical, and maintenance work safety.
• Ability to perform machine damage analysis and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Leadership, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• K3 Electrical certification or other technical certifications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure installation, repair, and operational management of all company machinery and facilities.
• Reduce machine downtime and extend machine lifespan.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team.
• Prepare maintenance budget and control costs and downtime.
• Create work programs and maintenance KPIs.
• Perform machine damage analysis and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Manage spare parts inventory.
• Oversee utility systems including electricity, compressor, genset, and transformer.
