Job summary

PT. Nutrisi Asia Mandiri seeks an HR Generalist to manage employee administration, recruitment, training and development, performance management, and employee relations.

You will coordinate HR needs with management, develop job descriptions and policies, and ensure labor law compliance while supporting a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist.
• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Law, or related field.
• Understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and laws.
• Experience with HR processes: recruitment, training and development, performance management, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee administration, including attendance, contracts, and database.
• Coordinate with management to plan HR needs per company requirements.
• Create and implement job descriptions, SOPs, and company policies.
• Handle employee relations, complaints, and disciplinary actions per labor laws and policies.
• Oversee safety, health, and work environment standards in the company.
• Execute recruitment processes according to division needs.
• Provide counseling and support to employees.
• Create and monitor employee KPIs to ensure proper implementation.

Job description

This is an HR Generalist position responsible for managing human resources functions across the organization, including employee administration, recruitment, training and development, performance management, and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee administration, including attendance, employment contracts, and employee database
• Coordinate with management to plan and fulfill HR needs according to company requirements
• Create and implement job descriptions, SOPs, and company policies
• Handle employee relations, employee complaints, and disciplinary actions in accordance with labor regulations and company policies
• Oversee and ensure the implementation of safety, health, and work environment standards in the company
• Execute recruitment processes according to the needs of each division
• Provide counseling and support to employees
• Create and monitor employee KPIs to ensure proper implementation

About you

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist
• Minimum S1 degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, or related field
• Understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and laws
• Understanding of HR management processes, including recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, and employee relations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and management
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills
