Job summary

PT Omotesando Indonesia, part of Allez Group, seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations across outlets and Head Office. A Bachelor's degree and at least five years in HR, including supervisory experience, are required.

You will manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, contracts, training, performance management, and employee relations, with knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HRIS (Talenta preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years HR experience with 2–3 years in supervisor/manager role.
• Experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, or multi-outlet business is preferred.
• Experience in HR operations for both outlet and Head Office employees.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, contracts, training, performance management, and employee relations.
• Familiar with HRIS; Talenta experience is a plus.

We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced HR professional to join our growing team as:

HR MANAGER

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2-3 years in a Supervisor or Managerial position.

Proven experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, or multi-outlet business is highly preferred.

Experienced in managing HR operations for both outlet and Head Office employees.

Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, payroll, attendance, contracts, training, performance management, and employee relations.

Experienced in manpower planning and workforce mapping for multiple outlets and Head Office.

Good understanding of payroll, BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, PPh 21, THR, overtime, leave, and other employment-related matters.

Good knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, including disciplinary actions, warning letters, resignation, termination, and employee relations.

Familiar with HRIS; experience with Talenta is a plus.

Able to prepare and analyze HR reports, including manpower, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment progress, payroll, and employee movement.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work closely with Management, Operations, Outlet Managers, and employees.

Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Willing to visit and monitor outlets as required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

Good command of English is a plus.
