Job summary

INITIA Group is seeking a senior F&B Operations Manager to oversee all F&B outlets in Indonesia. You will supervise Restaurant Managers across branches, ensure operational excellence, and drive financial and service targets in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to manage teams and resources effectively, with English proficiency and knowledge of Indonesian regulations. Mandarin or Korean language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Fine Dining or Hotel F&B operations.
• Experience as an Outlet Manager, Area Manager or similar role in F&B.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Conversational Mandarin or Korean is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor regulations and food safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the operations of all INITIA Group’s F&B outlets and branches, with a strong focus on Fine Dining or Hotel F&B operations.
• Supervise and provide leadership to Restaurant Managers across different locations.
• Monitor outlet performance, ensure brand standards, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly outlet reports including sales, costs, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
• Oversee vendor agreements and ensure accurate & timely billing and supply chain processes.
• Support and guide outlet-level recruitment, training, and development of service staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations for key outlet leaders and foster accountability.
• Set and drive sales targets, promotions, and service strategies to optimize revenue.
• Handle escalated customer feedback or complex operational issues when required.

Overall Job Objectives:

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced F&B professional to oversee the daily operations and overall performance of all INITIA Group's F&B outlets in Indonesia.

This role will supervise Restaurant Managers at each branch and ensure that all locations maintain operational excellence, consistent service quality, and achieve their financial and service targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, business acumen, and the ability to manage teams and resources effectively within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Core Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the operations of all INITIA Group’s F&B outlets and branches, with a strong focus on Fine Dining or Hotel F&B operations

Supervise and provide leadership to Restaurant Managers across different locations

Monitor outlet performance, ensure consistent execution of brand standards, and identify opportunities for operational improvement

Review and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly outlet reports including sales, costs, and profitability

Ensure all outlets comply with Indonesian safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations

Oversee vendor agreements and ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing and supply chain processes

Support and guide outlet-level recruitment, training, and development of service staff

Conduct performance evaluations for key outlet leaders and foster a culture of accountability and high performance

Set and drive sales targets, promotional initiatives, and service strategies to optimize customer satisfaction and revenue

Handle escalated customer feedback or complex operational issues when required

Job Specifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Fine Dining or Hotel F&B operations.

Prior experience as an Outlet Manager, Area Manager, or in a similar role within the F&B industry.

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

Professional proficiency in English

Conversational Mandarin or Korean is an added advantage to support a diverse customer base

Excellent conflict resolution and team management abilities

Strong understanding of operational budgeting and cost control

Availability to work within outlet operating hours, including weekends and public holidays

Familiarity with Indonesian labor regulations and food safety compliance is preferred

Oversee daily customer service operations to ensure smooth processes, strong profitability, and exceptional guest experiences

Maintain accurate records of financials, vendor agreements, and invoices while ensuring operational compliance

Ensure effective communication between customer-facing teams and support departments to strengthen service quality

Respond to customer feedback professionally and implement service improvements where necessary

Oversee staff scheduling, payroll coordination, and training programs to build a strong and high-performing team

Maintain operational consistency and service excellence across all locations

Achieve monthly sales, labor cost, and operational performance targets
