Job summary

You will lead a team of consultants, shape solution approaches, and partner with product and business teams to drive impactful outcomes.

The role emphasizes architecture leadership, ongoing skill development, and standardized technical documentation to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Information Systems/CS or equivalent.
• At least 5 years in a Technical Leader role on projects.
• Experience creating system architecture and governance; ETL and databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop performance plans for technical consultants.
• Lead and review solution/technical architecture in projects.
• Collaborate with Principle for Technical Solution.
• Coordinate with Functional/Business Solution and Product teams.
• Learn and update knowledge on technical trends.
• Create and standardize template code packages and technical documentation.
• Manage project deliverables to meet timeline and scope.
• Evaluate and improve code review and technical processes.

Job description

• Major in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience as Technical Leader role for minimal 5 years in Project
• Experience to create system architecture and system governmance
• Experience in DB structures, data extract, transform and load (ETL)
• Experience in API/Webservice Development is an advantageous (JSON, SOAP, REST, XML)
• Advantages if you have Minimal 2 year Experience in Business Software Development (CRM, ERP, Supply Chain, etc)
