Job summary

SIGMATECH is seeking a Salesforce lead to design scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, data model, security, automation, and integration.

Responsibilities include Apex & LWC development, API integrations, data migration, sandbox management, CI/CD, and guiding stakeholders in translating business needs to technical designs. Strong leadership and communications are required.

Qualifications

• Experience designing Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, data model, security, automation, and integration.
• Proficient in Apex, SOQL, triggers, batch jobs and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with data migration, sandbox management, CI/CD, release management.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical designs and guide stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• User & Security Management: manage user accounts and configure security settings.
• System Customization: tailor Leads, Accounts, Opportunities and page layouts.
• Process Automation: use Salesforce Flow and Approval Processes to automate tasks.
• Data Quality: maintain data integrity with validation rules and deduplication tools.
• Analytics & Reporting: build reports and dashboards to track KPIs.

Designs scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, data model, security, automation, and integration.

Apex & LWC Development

• Develops Apex, SOQL, triggers, batch jobs, schedulers, and Lightning Web Components.

Integration & API Development

• Builds Salesforce integrations with ERP, PMS, MDM, and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Data, Deployment & DevOps

• Leads data migration, sandbox management, CI/CD, release, and production deployment.

Business Consulting & Leadership

• Translates business needs into technical designs and guides users, developers, and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

1. 1. User & Security Management: They manage user accounts and configure security settings, such as Profiles and Sharing Rules, to ensure proper data access.
2. 2. System Customization: They tailor standard objects (Leads, Accounts, Opportunities) and design page layouts to match the company's unique sales processes.
3. 3. Process Automation: They use Salesforce Flow and Approval Processes to automate repetitive tasks, allowing sales teams to focus more on selling.
4. 4. Data Quality Control: They maintain data integrity through validation rules, duplicate prevention tools, and efficient bulk data imports/exports.
5. 5. Analytics & Reporting: They build customized reports and real-time dashboards to help sales managers and executives track KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
