Job summary

PT.DIKSHA TEKNOLOGI INDONESIA is seeking a subject matter expert in SAP S/4HANA with strong FI/CO knowledge to manage operations and drive improvements. The role requires coordinating with APAC business users and leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex SAP solutions.

The successful candidate will translate business needs into functional specs, supervise project cycles from realization to Go-Live, and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines while collaborating with external partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and related system design/operation management.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP FI/CO and related business process configurations.
• Minimum 4 years in project/operation support with significant customization experience.
• Experience leading SAP functional consultants across multinational environments.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily SAP operations and drive continuous improvement for SAP systems including financial consolidation interfaces with external systems.
• Coordinate SAP activities across APAC with business users and managers.
• Provide leadership to engage all departments and capture user needs.
• Define and implement best practices to support SAP operations.

Job description

This position act as a subject matter expert in SAP systems and have in-depth knowledge of SAP FI\\CO inclusive of FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-AP, FI-AA at generic level and having expertise in CO-CEA, CO-CCA, CO-PCA, CO-PA, CO-IO and CO-PC as well as experiencing in Material Ledger in both technical and functional level, and the corresponding business process configuration, including external integration with other systems and solutions.

Responsibilities:

Service Operation Management

• Be responsible for the daily operation and continuous improvement of SAP systems, include the group of financial consolidation and integration interfaces with 3PL e.g. bank payment, customers and other external systems with regards to FICO concerns
• Support SAP coordination among SAP Key Business Users in APAC region. Build and manage good relationships with internal business and function managers.
• Provide leadership to engage and interact will all departments to understand user needs.
• Determine and implement best practices to support SAP operation.
• Develop functional specifications from business requirements and communicate these in technical terms to ABAP developers.

Project Management

• Involved in full project cycle right from realization to Go-Live.
• Ensure smooth implementation of project, on schedule within approved budget.
• Collaborates with Project Manager and Solution Partners to develop comprehensive plans and work breakdown structures for SAP and other sub systems projects in APAC region.
• Develop and update blueprint and functional specification through collaboration with SAP business partners
• Lead the Quality Assurance process in all aspect of SAP system delivery and operation management, including Vendor Management of Application Management Support (AMS) service provided by 3rd party solution provider.
• Work closely with IT Solution Partners to ensure the delivery of any outsourced job is able to meet expectation and service level

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in functional and technical knowledge of the SAP S/4 HANA, and the associated system design and operation management
• Superior and thorough knowledge of SAP FI/CO solution and business process configurations with
• Minimum 4 years experience in project and operation support, equipped with significant and proven customization experience.
• Experience in leading SAP functional consultants with different background and multinationals.
• Good ability to guide and train the users on Business Process and SAP best practices
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Excellent work independently and as team player
• Keep updated about Cloud and recent IT trends for business
• Willing to do business travel within APAC region
