Erdigma Indonesia invites high-potential graduates to join its flagship 12-month rotational Management Trainee Program. The HR Development track exposes you to talent acquisition, people development, engagement, and strategic workforce planning within a fast-paced FMCG and digital marketing environment.

As part of the program, you will rotate across functions, contribute to onboarding, development initiatives, and employer branding projects while building cross-functional collaboration skills

Qualifications
