You will prepare reports and presentations to inform HR requirements and assist in work‑process improvements within the manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes applying PDCA and 7 QC Tools, understanding Indonesian labor regulations, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Management.

• Able to gather and analyze data and prepare reports.
