Job summary

You will create educational materials, track accidents, perform inspections, and support safety officers while staying current with government and industry safety regulations. This role requires clear communication with non-technical staff and a proactive approach to improving safety

Analyst - Environmental Health and Safety

As the Analyst - Environmental Health and Safety you will outline and implement training programs to educate and inform workforce on work safety, environmental safety, and accident prevention regulations and procedures. You will develop and distribute educational materials including videos, guides, and posters. You will track and document accidents to understand causes and recommend changes to prevent future accidents. You will perform inspections and audits of facilities, equipment and processes recommending corrections or additional precautions to ensure compliance to established regulations. You may participate in the training of workplace safety officers. You will have a broad and current knowledge of all government and applicable industry safety regulations.
