Job summary

AIA Indonesia in Jakarta is launching an 18-month fast-track program with real exposure, leadership training, and cross-functional rotations to accelerate your career to a managerial role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from any major, with a minimum GPA of 3.20.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience or up to 5 years of professional work experience.
• Strong English proficiency (TOEFL ≥550 / IELTS ≥6 is a plus).
• Proven leadership experience in organizations or communities.
• Strong leadership potential, with proactiveness, resilience, and strong relationship-building skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with curiosity, innovation, and a growth mindset.
• Open to cross-functional rotations and relocation across Indonesia.
