AIA (Vietnam) Life Insurance in Jakarta is offering an 18-month fast-track program designed to accelerate early career growth through real exposure and leadership training. You will rotate across functions, gain practical experience, and interact with senior leaders to build a foundation for a managerial role.

Open to fresh graduates or professionals up to 5 years, with strong English and a growth mindset. Relocation across Indonesia is possible, with a structured development path.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with GPA ≥3.20.
• Fresh graduates or up to 5 years of experience.
• Strong English proficiency (TOEFL ≥550 / IELTS ≥6 is a plus).
• Proven leadership potential and proactive mindset.
• Open to cross-functional rotations and relocation across Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an 18‑month fast-track program with real exposure and cross-functional rotations.
• Receive leadership training and coaching from senior leaders.
• Work on signature initiatives and projects across business units.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and relocate as needed within Indonesia.

Who We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree from any major, with a minimum GPA of 3.20
• Fresh graduates with internship experience or up to 5 years of professional work experience
• Strong English proficiency (TOEFL ≥550 / IELTS ≥6 is a plus)
• Proven leadership experience in organizations or communities
• Strong leadership potential, with proactiveness, resilience, and strong relationship-building skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with curiosity, innovation, and a growth mindset
