Job summary

PT Leap Digital Indonesia is seeking an experienced ManageEngine Integration Developer for Jakarta. You will design and maintain integrations linking the ITSM platform with monitoring tools and enterprise applications, focusing on event-to-incident automation and secure development practices.

You will work with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, webhooks, and OAuth, building automated workflows and ensuring reliability. 7–11 years of hands-on integration experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 7–11 years of experience in integration development or ITSM platform development.
• Strong experience with ManageEngine; ServiceNow experience is a plus.
• Proficient with REST, SOAP, JSON/XML, webhooks, and OAuth.
• Experience with ITSM, event management, and CMDB integrations.
• Scripting/automation with Python and/or Ansible.
• Familiar with CI/CD, version control, and release management.
• Secure coding practices and debugging prowess.
• ManageEngine certifications (preferred); ServiceNow CSA (preferred).

Job description

The ManageEngine Integration Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrations and automation connecting the ITSM platform with GPU monitoring tools, OEM systems, and enterprise applications. The role will focus on event-to-incident automation, workflow automation, integration reliability, and secure development practices.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain integrations between ManageEngine and monitoring platforms such as DCGM, Grafana/Prometheus, Dynatrace, and UFM.

Build integrations with OEM/vendor support systems and enterprise platforms for automated case creation, identity, CMDB, and reporting.

Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, webhooks, and OAuth.

Build and maintain automated workflows and self-service processes using platform workflow and automation capabilities.

Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot errors, and manage retry and recovery processes.

Resolve integration-related incidents and optimize integration performance.

Follow secure development, code review, version control, and release management practices.

About you

7–11 years of experience in integration development, ITSM platform development, or related roles.

Strong experience with ManageEngine development and integration. ServiceNow experience may also be considered.

Experience with REST, SOAP, JSON/XML, webhooks, and OAuth.

Experience with ITSM, event management, and CMDB integrations.

Experience with scripting and automation using Python and/or Ansible.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management.

Strong debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and secure coding skills.

ManageEngine certifications relevant to the platform and integration development (preferred).

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) (preferred).
