Job summary

EY Indonesia invites a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions that support digital transformation across multiple business functions in Jakarta. You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver workflow automation and scalable platform enhancements.

The role requires hands‑on ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript and Glide API skills, and experience with integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong hands-on ServiceNow development and customization.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements.
• Build and optimize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
• Develop automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Ensure adherence to platform governance, security standards, and development best practices.
• Contribute to technical documentation, solution design, and implementation activities.

The Opportunity

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions that support digital transformation initiatives across various business functions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative workflow automation, platform enhancements, and scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements
• Build and optimize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations
• Develop automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and customization
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
• Experience in workflow design, automation, and process optimization
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and platform architecture
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs is preferred
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• ServiceNow certifications are a plus
