Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B, Retail Expansion, or related roles.
• Strong experience in B2B partnerships and commercial negotiation.
• Proven experience in mall leasing, site acquisition, and store expansion.
• Strong network with Mall Management, Landlords, Property Management, and Business Partners.
• Strong negotiation skills in rental rates, commercial terms, and partnership agreements.
• Strong commercial mindset with understanding of ROI, sales potential, and location feasibility.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel for site visits and business development activities.
