Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Site Acquisition Manager to identify and secure optimal mall locations for our Food & Beverage operations in Jakarta. The role requires evaluating sites, negotiating leases, and coordinating with developers and landlords to support strategic expansion.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in site acquisition or related real estate, strong financial acumen, and fluency in Indonesian and English.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site acquisition, retail site selection, or commercial real estate development.
• Strong understanding of acquisition tenant mall for F&B product.
• Proven experience in negotiating lease agreements and managing landlord relationships.
• Proficiency in analysing site plans, building drawings and technical specifications.

Aufgaben

• Identify and evaluate potential mall retail sites that align with expansion targets and brand requirements.
• Conduct site feasibility assessments, including structural integrity evaluations and compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Liaise with mall management, developers, and landlords to negotiate lease terms and secure premium retail spaces.
• Analyse demographic data, foot traffic patterns and competitive landscape to determine site viability and revenue potential.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to assess site suitability, including structural capacity, utilities infrastructure, and layout requirements for F&B operations.
• Prepare comprehensive site reports and business cases to support investment decisions for senior management.
• Manage site acquisition timelines and ensure smooth handover to operational teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities in key mall locations.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the mall retail sector and property development community.
• Ensure all site acquisitions comply with regulatory requirements and company procurement policies.
