Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education from various majors.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Area Manager / Store Manager / Store Supervisor or equivalent position.
• F&B background preferred.
• Proven track record of managing budgets, controlling costs and improving operational profitability.
• Leadership spirit, communicative, and good problem-solving skills.
• Accustomed to working with targets.
• English language ability (speaking & writing) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational standards, service quality, and targets are achieved.
• Manage staff scheduling, training and performance to ensure consistent service excellence and compliance with company standards.
• Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory management and stock rotation to optimise profitability.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety and food hygiene regulations and company policies.
• Maintain quality standards for food preparation, presentation and service.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally, implementing solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets and forecasts for food and beverage departments.
• Implement and monitor menu offerings based on seasonal availability, guest preferences and profitability analysis.
