Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• 10–15 years of relevant mall management, retail property, or leasing experience.
• Proven track record of occupancy improvement and NOI growth.
• Experience in asset enhancement, repositioning, or redevelopment is highly preferred.
• Strong familiarity with Indonesia's retail property landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial, leasing, operational, and financial performance of the mall.
• Drive occupancy growth to exceed 85% and optimize tenant mix.
• Negotiate leases, renewals, and commercial terms with tenants.
• Develop marketing campaigns and tenant activation programs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve asset performance.
• Oversee P&L management and NOI optimization.
