Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Bodetabek Indonesia is seeking a Mall Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a large retail property, coordinating engineering, security, customer service, and tenant relationships to deliver outstanding performance.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee budgets, safety, and service standards, and foster strong client and stakeholder engagement to enhance asset value and the shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in property or building management, preferably for shopping malls or large-scale retail assets.
• Strong understanding of retail property operations, facilities management, maintenance, security, and tenant relations.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management with the ability to manage budgets and contracts.
• Commercially minded with excellent problem-solving, communication, and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day management and operations of a retail property, ensuring high operational standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, tenants, retailers, vendors, and contractors.
• Lead multidisciplinary property management teams and service providers to deliver service excellence.
• Oversee property budgets, vendor contracts, procurement, and performance initiatives.
• Conduct regular reviews to identify risks and drive continuous improvement for asset performance.
