Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in leasing or retail property.
• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
• Strong understanding of current market and submarket conditions.
• Ability to plan, negotiate and monitor market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours to prospective tenants for vacant spaces.
• Monitor leasing activities and lease terminations from multiple angles.
• Structure tenancy mix and unit pricing for management approval.
• Coordinate LOI, PSM, LAF, RPT and leasing reports.
• Ensure target revenue and occupancy are met.
• Expand tenant database and maintain tenant relationships.
