Cushman & Wakefield Indonesia is seeking a Senior Property Manager / General Manager – Retail Mall & Lifestyle Hub to oversee operations and drive commercial success. You will own asset operations, tenant performance, and financial results, ensuring a seamless experience for shoppers and tenants.

The role requires 8–12+ years in property management, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage budgets, P&L, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8–12+ years in retail mall or mixed-use property management.
• Proven senior leadership experience and stakeholder management.
• Strong budget, P&L, cost optimization, and revenue growth experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead mall operations including tenant relations, leasing support, marketing, facilities, finance, and admin.
• Own asset financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, service charge management, billing, collections, and P&L accountability.
• Drive footfall, tenant sales, and brand positioning via strategic marketing campaigns and events.
• Act as liaison for owners, investors, and stakeholders with performance reporting and value strategies.
• Lead on-site teams and vendors to deliver consistent service across operations, marketing, facilities, and security.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and governance while overseeing CAPEX and refurbishments.
