Job summary

PT. Ebara Indonesia seeks a Maintenance Supervisor (Mechanical & Electrical) to oversee maintenance activities, drive reliability, and develop the maintenance team in Depok.

You will monitor downtime, MTTR and KPIs, lead SQCD initiatives, and coordinate electrical and mechanical maintenance to ensure smooth production and continuous improvement. Excellent leadership, problem solving and communication skills are essential, with strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance and office

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Maintenance.
• Good knowledge of Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Good problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Equipment Management, SQCD, MTTR, and downtime control.

Responsibilities

• Manage Maintenance activities and equipment management.
• Control equipment downtime and reduce MTTR.
• Monitor maintenance KPI and running production performance.

As a Maintenance Supervisor (Mechanical & Electrical), you will play an important role in ensuring reliable equipment performance and smooth production through effective maintenance management, problem-solving, continuous improvement, and team development.

Manage Maintenance activities and equipment management based on SQCD.

Control equipment downtime and reduce MTTR.

Monitor maintenance KPI and running production performance.

Identify and solve equipment and maintenance problems.

Lead SQCD and continuous improvement activities.

Manage and develop the Maintenance team.

Coordinate Electrical & Mechanical maintenance activities to support smooth production.

Requirements

Minimum D3/S1 in Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering, or a related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Gmail, etc.).
