Job summary

Mamee-Double Decker (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Electrical System Maintenance & Troubleshooting specialist in Tangerang, Indonesia. You will supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, diagnose issues, and ensure smooth production operations.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in electrical engineering or mechatronics with 3–4 years in industrial maintenance, including 1–2 years in supervision.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
• 1-2 years in a supervisory role in manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong understanding of electrical circuits, PLCs, inverters, panels, and cooling systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform simple mechanical tasks.
• Familiarity with electrical safety protocols and ISO standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Electrical System Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.

Diagnose and resolve electrical issues to ensure smooth production operations.

Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability.

Team Supervision & Coordination

Lead and oversee a team of electricians and technicians.

Assign tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Provide technical guidance and training to enhance team competency.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure all electrical work complies with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.

Implement and enforce safety procedures to prevent electrical hazards.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain workplace safety.

Project Management & Improvements

Support new electrical installations and upgrades in line with production requirements.

Identify opportunities for energy efficiency and cost-saving initiatives.

Collaborate with other departments to enhance electrical performance and automation.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

Prepare reports on system performance, downtime analysis, and improvement plans.

Ensure spare parts inventory is well-managed for minimal disruption.

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.

Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.

Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of electrical circuits, PLCs, Inverter, Control panel, distribution panel and cooling systems. Preferably can-do AutoCAD drawing

Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently. Can do simple mechanical job.

Leadership Skills: Experience managing a team of electricians or technicians.

Knowledge of Safety Standards: Familiarity with electrical safety protocols, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.

Computer Proficiency: Ability to use Microsoft Office.

Other Requirements:

Willing to work in shifts (if needed) and be on call for urgent repairs (if needed).
