Job summary

PT Ebara Indonesia is seeking an Assembly Manager/Assistant Manager to lead assembly production activities with a focus on SQCD, KPI achievement, and continuous improvement. The role involves managing and developing the Assembly team and coordinating with other departments to hit production targets.

The ideal candidate will have a D3 in Engineering, 7–8 years in Assembly/Manufacturing, and strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 7–8 years of experience in Assembly/Manufacturing is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Assembly processes and production control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Gmail, etc.).
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of SQCD (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery) and Kaizen.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control Assembly production activities based on SQCD.
