Job description

Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of factory power distribution systems, high/low voltage panels, transformers, gensets, PLCs, and motor controls. Oversee basic structural/civil maintenance of factory premises, including building integrity, roofing, drainage, plumbing, flooring repairs, and minor expansion works. Formulate and execute daily, monthly, and yearly preventive maintenance schedules for all electrical installations and utility facilities to ensure zero unscheduled downtime. Lead third-party contractors for specialized electrical upgrades, civil repairs, or factory modification projects, ensuring compliance with budget and timeline. Ensure all electrical and building maintenance activities strictly adhere to Indonesian industrial safety regulations (K3) and factory standard operating procedures.

About you

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering (Teknik Elektro / Mechatronics)

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing plant or factory facility maintenance

Strong technical capability in 3-phase systems, electrical panel design/troubleshooting, single-line diagrams, and basic civil facility upkeep

Familiarity with factory utility equipment (compressors, chillers, pumps, gensets)

Good leadership and problem-solving skills

Willingness to handle emergencies on-site
