Job summary

Arkora Group is seeking an experienced engineer for a field role in Sulawesi Selatan. The candidate will develop preventive maintenance programs, supervise technicians, and ensure safe, compliant operations of power generation facilities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, 3+ years of relevant experience, and strong analytical skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP and SLD/P&ID reading is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Min 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in power generation facilities preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; proficiency in ETAP is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to read and understand Single-Line Diagrams (SLD) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
• Relevant training or certifications in the field of expertise are preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of SPLN (Indonesian National Electricity Standards) for power generation and electrical distribution networks.
• Able to perform troubleshooting on power generation systems, Medium Voltage Distribution Networks (JTM), and Low Voltage Distribution Networks (JTR).
• Willing to be placed in Sulawesi Selatan.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment failures and ensure reliable operation.
• Supervise technicians, troubleshoot equipment and facility issues, and coordinate emergency repair activities.
• Plan and manage requirements for spare parts and maintenance tools, and ensure all maintenance activities comply with applicable occupational health and safety (OHS) standards and regulations.
• Arkora Group consists of an Engineering, Procurement and Contractor (EPC) company, Investment Company and Engineering Consultant. Currently we are focusing on developing Run of River Hydro Power Project that would provide clean energy to the environment.
• We are a group of experienced engineers committed to invest in the clean Hydro Power with the focus of increasing Indonesian Renewable Energy portfolio and at the same time developing better infrastructure to the community around our project area.
