Job summary

Supervise and lead maintenance technicians in handling daily operational and maintenance activities

Ensure building, facility, and equipment maintenance are carried out properly and on schedule

Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for clinic/retail branches

Coordinate repair, renovation, and maintenance projects with internal and external parties

Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure operational readiness

Manage maintenance reports, documentation, and work progress updates

Control maintenance budgets and ensure cost efficiency

Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and company procedures

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in maintenance or building operations, preferably in retail, healthcare, or multi-site operations

Experienced in leading civil technicians or maintenance teams

Strong understanding of building maintenance, civil works, and facility management

Good leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills

Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Willing to do mobile/site visits across branches
