Job summary
PT. SUNSHINE FOOD INTERNATIONAL in Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily plumbing, water distribution, and IPAL/WWTP systems in our facilities.
You will lead maintenance staff, coordinate with vendors, ensure SOP and safety compliance, and prepare reports. Minimum diploma in engineering and 2+ years in building or facility maintenance required, with plumbing and sanitation experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum D3/S1 in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related)
- At least 2 years of experience in building or hospital maintenance
- Experience in Plumbing, Sanitation, MEP, or Facility Maintenance
- Strong understanding of water distribution, IPAL/WWTP, and water heaters
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills; hospital medical gas knowledge is a plus

- Monitor water tanks, pumps, pipelines, water heaters, septic tanks, grease traps, and related equipment
- Monitor medical gas pressure and leakage according to hospital safety standards
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities and troubleshooting
- Lead and supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors when required
- Ensure maintenance activities comply with SOP, K3, and safety standards
- Prepare maintenance reports, checklists, and documentation
