Job summary

OttoDigital Group seeks a seasoned MEP Maintenance Lead to develop, schedule, and enforce preventive maintenance for all MEP equipment in a data center setting. You will lead prompt repairs and ensure compliance with facility standards while coordinating with site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in MEP system maintenance and operations, with data center exposure preferred.
• Strong understanding of building electrical systems, HVAC and Fire Protection/Alarm systems.
• Proficient in reading MEP drawings, especially Electrical SLD.

Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and enforce the execution of Preventive Maintenance programs for all MEP equipment.
• Lead prompt repairs and corrective actions following PM findings or urgent field issues.
• Track and record water, electricity, and PV meters; manage exterior lighting, plumbing, STP, and grounding systems.
• Coordinate temporary construction power and utility water for site projects.
• Evaluate third-party MEP maintenance vendors and contractors periodically.
• Monitor the annual MEP maintenance budget to optimize costs.
• Prepare and submit maintenance and operational performance reports to management.

Job description

Develop, schedule, and enforce the execution of Preventive Maintenance programs for all MEP equipment in accordance with facility standards.

Lead prompt repairs and corrective actions based on PM findings or urgent field issues following standard protocols.

Ensure regular tracking and recording of water, electricity, and PV utility meters; manage outdoor lighting, plumbing systems, Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), and grounding systems.

Coordinate and supply temporary construction power and utility water requirements for supporting site projects.

Conduct regular evaluations and performance reviews of third-party MEP maintenance vendors and contractors.

Process, manage, and monitor the annual MEP maintenance budget to optimize operational expenditure.

Prepare and submit periodic maintenance and operational performance reports to management as required.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in MEP system maintenance and operations (experience in Data Center infrastructure is strongly preferred).

In-depth understanding of building electrical systems (Data Center exposure is a plus).

Comprehensive knowledge of building HVAC and Precision Cooling systems.

Strong command of building Fire Protection and Alarm systems.

Proficient in reading and interpreting MEP drawings, particularly Electrical SLD.

Proven organizational and team leadership experience.

Good communication skills with proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
