Job summary

PT. Rudra Sahashrara Bali is seeking an Engineering Staff / Hotel Maintenance Technician to perform daily maintenance checks around the property, addressing electrical, plumbing, AC, lighting, pump, water heater, and general building repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and facilities operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and lighting issues.
• Familiarity with SOPs and safety standards in a hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance checks around the property.
• Handle basic electrical, plumbing, AC, lighting, pump, water heater, and general building repairs.
• Maintain guest rooms, treatment rooms, public areas, staff areas, and back‑of‑house areas.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests from operations, housekeeping, front office, and management.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to reduce equipment breakdowns.
• Check and maintain bathrooms, doors, locks, furniture, drainage, water systems, and fixtures.
• Support painting, carpentry, wall repair, furniture repair, and minor civil works when needed.
• Keep tools, materials, and engineering areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow company SOPs, safety standards, and K3 practices.
• Report major issues, damages, and required materials to management.
• Coordinate with external vendors or contractors when needed.
• Support urgent maintenance situations when required.
