Job summary

PT BREXA Raya Indonesia is seeking a Utility & Building Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance of utility systems and wastewater treatment in a food seasoning facility. The role focuses on reliability, safety, GMP compliance, and cost-effective operations.

You should have a bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering and 5+ years in the food and beverage sector, with hands-on WWTP/WTP experience and proven leadership in a maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Experience with WWTP (Wastewater Treatment) and WTP (Water Treatment).
• Experience as Utility & Building Maintenance leader or supervisor in Food Seasoning or Food Ingredients Industry.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain utility systems including electrical, water supply, compressed air, HVAC, boilers, pumps, and other facilities.
• Prepare preventive maintenance schedules, reports, and equipment history records.
• Control spare parts, tools, and service requirements to ensure availability and cost efficiency.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, GMP, and food manufacturing standards.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repair, installation, inspection, and maintenance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve equipment reliability and energy efficiency.
• Oversee wastewater treatment processes to meet design parameters and SOPs.
• Ensure treated wastewater meets required standards before discharge or reuse.
• Monitor key parameters (pH, COD, BOD, TSS, DO, MLSS, SV30) and plant-specific metrics.
• Handle Water Treatment Plant (WTP) operations.
