Danone Specialized Nutrition Indonesia is seeking an experienced Utility Supervisor to lead the safe, reliable operation of utility systems at our Sentul Factory. You will oversee boilers, chillers, electrical systems, water treatment, and facility infrastructure to achieve reliability, safety, sustainability, and cost efficiency.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 3 years in utilities/maintenance, with hands-on leadership of technical teams and contractors.
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering as listed.
- Minimum 3 years in Utilities, Engineering, or Maintenance in manufacturing.
- Experience with boilers, ammonia chiller, and MV/LV electrical distribution.
- Experience operating/maintaining boiler, HVAC, WTP/WWTP, cooling tower, fire protection, and building utilities.
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, reliability improvement, and safety management.
- Proficiency in SAP PM and AutoCAD; basic electrical control & automation.
- Strong understanding of boiler safety, ammonia handling, electrical safety, and regulations.
- Proven leadership of technical teams and contractors.
