Job summary

PT Japfa Food Indonesia (Wonoayu, Sidoarjo) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance technicians, plan preventive programs, respond to breakdowns, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. You will manage spare parts inventory, monitor budgets, maintain records, and collaborate with production to optimize equipment performance while upholding company standards.

Bachelor's in Engineering, 5+ years in maintenance with 2 in leadership, CMMS experience, English

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in maintenance with at least 2 years in a supervision or leadership role.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and facility maintenance.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues.
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English, written and verbal.
Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call.

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and train a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
Plan, schedule, and execute preventative maintenance programs for all machinery, equipment, and building infrastructure.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and implement effective repair solutions to minimize downtime.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for maintenance needs.
Implement and monitor maintenance budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
Prepare and maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
Collaborate with production, operations, and other departments to optimize equipment performance and support overall business objectives.
Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and equipment reliability.
