Job summary

JAC Recruitment is seeking an Utility & Building Maintenance Supervisor for a food manufacturing facility. The role ensures reliable operation of utility systems, supervises the maintenance team, and plans preventive maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in utility and building maintenance, knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, and ideally exposure to the food manufacturing industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in utility and building maintenance.
• Experience in the food manufacturing industry would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all utility and facility equipment operates efficiently and reliably to support daily operations.
• Monitor utility usage and conduct routine building inspections to identify maintenance requirements.
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance activities and supervise the maintenance team.
• Maintain safety standards and support the effective operation of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Manage the inventory of spare parts and maintenance tools to ensure availability when required.
