The ideal candidate is practical, technically capable, proactive, and able to troubleshoot across different operations. On-site work with a flexible, can-do attitude is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum vocational high school (SMK) or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, IT, or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant maintenance or IT support experience.
• Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and IT hardware/software.
• Familiarity with printers, CCTV, POS systems, and network troubleshooting.

Nomads Padel Village is looking for a hands-on and reliable Maintenance & IT Support Technician to support the smooth daily operations of our sports and lifestyle facility.

This position combines general facility maintenance with basic IT support, ensuring that our facilities, equipment, computers, and technology systems remain in good working condition. The ideal candidate is practical, technically capable, proactive, and able to troubleshoot problems across different operational areas.

Key Responsibilities

A. Maintenance

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of facilities, fixtures, and equipment.

Identify and troubleshoot minor maintenance issues involving plumbing, lighting, furniture, doors, and other general facility components.

Assist with basic repairs and ensure that facilities remain safe, clean, and functional.

Monitor the condition of equipment and report any defects or issues requiring specialist attention.

Coordinate with external technicians or contractors for major repairs and specialized maintenance.

Maintain maintenance records and report completed work, outstanding issues, and required materials.

B. IT Support

Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, computer, printer, and connectivity issues.

Monitor and troubleshoot basic Wi-Fi, internet, and network connectivity problems.

Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment.

Provide basic technical support for operational systems, including POS terminals and other business equipment.

Assist with routine checks of CCTV, access control, and other technology systems, where applicable.

Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and document technical issues and solutions.

Escalate complex IT issues to external providers or specialized technicians when necessary.

C. General Responsibilities

Respond to maintenance and IT requests from operational departments in a timely manner.

Prioritize tasks based on urgency, safety, and operational impact.

Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, repairs, and IT support requests.

Follow company safety procedures and protect company equipment and information.

Perform other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum vocational high school (SMK) or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Networking, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in maintenance, IT support, technical support, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of facility maintenance, including minor repairs and preventive maintenance.

Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, Wi-Fi, and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with printers, POS systems, CCTV, and other operational equipment is an advantage.

Able to identify technical problems and determine when specialist assistance is required.

Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive working attitude.

Able to work independently and collaborate with different departments.

Good communication skills and a willingness to assist operational teams.

Basic English communication skills are preferred.

Willing to work on-site and follow the company's operational schedule.
