Job summary

Kozystay in Jakarta is seeking an Admin General Maintenance – Hospitality to support day-to-day maintenance operations and administrative processes. You will manage work orders, maintain records, and coordinate with technicians and finance to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires at least 1 year in maintenance/administration, proficiency in Excel/Sheets, and a detail-oriented, collaborative mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMK/D3 in Administration, Engineering, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Engineering/Maintenance Administration or related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and comfortable working with data.
• Familiarity with Work Order systems or maintenance platforms is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and coordination with Technicians, Supervisors, Finance, and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor General Maintenance Work Orders (WO) through Operto, including WO status, technician reports, completion updates, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly General Maintenance reports, including WO performance, productivity, SLA, and outstanding jobs.
• Handle General Maintenance invoice administration, including checking invoice details and completeness of supporting documents.
• Monitor and maintain records of material, spare parts, and tools used for General Maintenance activities.
• Organize and maintain maintenance-related documents, records, and reports.
• Coordinate with Technicians, Supervisors, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth maintenance and administrative processes.
• Support other administrative tasks related to General Maintenance and Operations as required.
