Plural Clubhouse in Umalas, Bali, Indonesia, is seeking a reliable Technician to maintain our facilities, equipment, and building systems. The role requires proactive hands-on skills, safety consciousness, and the ability to resolve maintenance issues to keep daily operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will perform preventive maintenance, handle electrical and plumbing tasks, and coordinate with external contractors as needed.

Formación

• Experience as a technician or maintenance staff in similar facilities.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and basic HVAC systems.
• Ability to operate tools and perform repairs safely.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance and workplace safety.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of club facilities and equipment.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance issues.
• Maintain gym equipment, lighting, water systems, showers, sauna, and other facility components.
• Respond to maintenance requests and urgent technical issues promptly.
• Monitor maintenance supplies, tools, and spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs.
• Maintain maintenance logs, inspection checklists, and repair records.
• Ensure all work follows safety procedures and operational standards.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hands‑on Technician to maintain our facilities, equipment, and building systems. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically skilled, and able to identify and resolve maintenance issues to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of club facilities and equipment.

Identify, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and general maintenance issues within the scope of qualifications.

Maintain gym equipment, lighting, water systems, showers, sauna, ice bath, and other facility components.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and urgent technical issues.

Monitor maintenance supplies, tools, and spare parts inventory.

Coordinate with external contractors and service providers when specialized repairs are required.

Maintain maintenance logs, inspection checklists, and repair records.

Ensure all maintenance work follows safety procedures and operational standards.

Report facility damage, potential hazards, and equipment malfunctions to the Operations team.

Requirements

Previous experience as a technician, maintenance staff, or in a similar role.

Practical knowledge of general building maintenance, electrical systems, plumbing, and troubleshooting.

Ability to operate tools and perform basic repairs safely.

Knowledge of preventive maintenance and workplace safety procedures.

Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems efficiently.

Responsible, detail‑oriented, proactive, and reliable.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to work flexible shifts when required.

Relevant technical certification or vocational training is an advantage.
