Job summary

Blibli is seeking a Maintenance HVAC & Coldchain Warehouse professional to maintain warehouse facilities, mechanical systems, and cold chain equipment. You will work with Warehouse Operations, Engineering, and external vendors to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment performance monitoring, and safety/compliance with standards. On-site work and occasional after-hours availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in facility maintenance, warehouse engineering, industrial maintenance, or building maintenance.
• Experience maintaining cold chain facilities, refrigeration systems, cold storage, chiller/freezer units, or temperature-controlled warehouse environments is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC, refrigeration, compressors, pumps, conveyors, and warehouse utility systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for warehouse facilities, including cold storage, refrigeration systems, HVAC, mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and utility infrastructure.
• Monitor the performance and reliability of warehouse equipment to ensure operational continuity and minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify potential equipment failures, implementing corrective actions before they impact operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, equipment installation, and facility improvement projects.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company standards, safety regulations, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and facility-related issues, providing timely solutions to support warehouse operations.
• Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, spare parts inventory, and prepare regular maintenance performance reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability, energy efficiency, and operational effectiveness.

As a Maintenance HVAC & Coldchain Warehouse, you will be responsible for maintaining warehouse facilities, mechanical systems, and cold chain equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize operational downtime. What You'll Bring to the Team

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in facility maintenance, warehouse engineering, industrial maintenance, or building maintenance.
• Experience maintaining cold chain facilities, refrigeration systems, cold storage, chiller/freezer units, or temperature-controlled warehouse environments is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC, refrigeration, compressors, pumps, conveyors, and warehouse utility systems.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and asset management.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, safety regulations (K3), and facility management practices.
• Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with operations teams and external contractors.
• Willing to work on-site and respond to maintenance emergencies outside normal working hours when required.
