Job summary

PT Nipsea Paint & Chemicals seeks a Maintenance Assistant Manager for the Gresik Plant to lead maintenance activities, implement preventive and predictive programs, and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading and developing a maintenance team.
• Knowledge of spare parts management and maintenance planning.
• Proficiency in Excel and related MS Office tools.
• Willingness to be placed at the Gresik plant in East Java.

Maintenance Assistant Manager - Gresik Plant

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance within the manufacturing industry, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.

Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, mechanical and electrical systems, and production equipment maintenance.

Experienced in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.

Strong technical troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Able to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and maintenance safety procedures.

Good understanding of occupational health and safety (OHS) practices.

Experience in leading, supervising, and developing a maintenance team.

Knowledge of spare parts management, maintenance planning, and cost control.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Good communication, leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.

Willing to be placed at our manufacturing plant in Gresik, East Java.
